In this creative movement class, children are introduced to beginning dance steps in a fun, recreational way. Creative Movement for Toddlers is a fun way to explore body movement through music featuring kid’s favorite music from movies and radio. This class will also help children develop physical skills that will be used later in other ballroom dance classes. This class is for all children ages 2-5 years old.
A broad and inclusive work out to challenge your entire fitness level. Each workout is designed to train and progress cardiovascular endurance stamina, strength, flexibility, power, balance and coordination. Characterized by flowing sequences and accompanied by some of the hottest music, FUNK-tional Core will have you sweating and loving it!
This class will take beginners through the basics of Cha Cha, Rumba, Salsa and Swing. No experience and no partner required.
This Level 1 class is an introduction to dances that are popular in the nightclub setting. These dances include: salsa, merengue, bachata, hustle, argentine tango, country 2-step and west coast swing. We will cover one dance every two weeks (in no particular order) focusing mainly on introductory patterns and the foundations of the dance.
This is a Level 1/Level 2 class and is designed for dancers 13 – 18 years of age. The class works on patterns and technique for all styles of dance. This class participates in two performances a year.

Please see Faith for more details on how to join in 2018** This is a Level 2 class that works on Full Bronze to Pre-Silver patterns in American Style. Participants should know at least four patterns in a dance before joining. This class cycles through a new dance every two weeks and becomes a formation class from August to March.
This is a Level 3 class featuring American Viennese Waltz for this cycle. This class runs on a three month cycle before changing dances. It covers advanced technique and patterns in the American Smooth dances. It is recommended that you feel comfortable with the Bronze Syllabus and picking up advanced choreography prior to taking this class.

Salsa Rueda, originally called Rueda de Casino, hails from Cuba and is popular around the world. it is danced in a group with a minimum of two couples and can have many more couples so long as they can hear or see the caller. The couples gather in a circle, united by basic salsa patterns and execute a series of steps initiated by a caller. Join us for Salsa Rueda where you will learn the intricacies of this group dance and have a blast putting your salsa steps to a new use! This is a Level 2 class and it is recommended that you know basic salsa steps along with feeling comfortable with basic lead/follow techniques.
This is a Level 3 class featuring Bolero for this cycle. This class runs on a three month cycle before changing dances. It covers advanced technique and patterns in the American Rhythm dances. It is recommended that you feel comfortable with the Bronze Syllabus and picking up advanced choreography prior to taking this class.
