It is a Level 3 class that focuses on ladies styling and techniques. The class covers a variety of dances from both International and American styles and will help develop the lady’s individual dancing.

This class is a closed class. To enter this class you must speak with the instructor of the class to have approval to attend.

This class is in person and available on Zoom.  A broad and inclusive work out to challenge your entire fitness level. Each workout is designed to train and progress cardiovascular endurance stamina, strength, flexibility, power, balance and coordination. Characterized by flowing sequences and accompanied by some of the hottest music, FUNK-tional Core will have you sweating and loving it!
