Competitive dancing and Denver dance classes
OUR STORY
The Denver Dance Classes Premier Studio
Colorado Dancesport® was born from the resilience of the human spirit and the power of connection. Founded by Robert Nardozza and Harmony Munroe, our flagship Littleton location has blossomed into Colorado’s premier ballroom and partnership dance studio, thanks to a shared vision that was years in the making. Their partnership, formed through a deep-rooted friendship, transcended distance and challenge, bringing to life a place where movement, artistry, and community converge.
Opening its doors on September 11, 2001, Colorado Dancesport® has stood as a beacon of hope and healing, a testament to the power of dance to uplift and unite, especially during times of hardship. From the very beginning, our competetive dance studio has been driven by the belief that everyone deserves a place to dance—no matter their background, ability, or experience. We are proud of the vibrant, diverse community that has flourished with us over the years.
Our mission is simple: to create a welcoming space where people of all ages, abilities, and walks of life can discover the joy of ballroom dance and Denver dance classes. Whether you’re taking your first steps or fine-tuning advanced techniques, we believe in the transformative power of movement and the lasting connections it fosters. Through every partnership, every step, and every turn, we celebrate the beauty of unity and inclusivity.
In 2022, we expanded our reach with a second location in North Denver, continuing to grow and offer even more opportunities for our community to come together through dance. With a focus on expanding programs and making dance accessible to all—regardless of income or experience—we are committed to providing a home for anyone who wants to experience the joy and connection that dance brings.
At Colorado Dancesport®, we don’t just teach dance; we nurture relationships, inspire growth, and build a community that moves together—today, tomorrow, and beyond.
